Advanced SystemCare 5.1 ( IOBIT 5.1)

Advanced SystemCare 5 is IObit's latest "do everything" PC security, maintenance and optimisation suite.

The program divides its functions into four main sections. And the first, Quick Care, deals with rapid checks which you might want to run daily. A "Quick Malware Removal" scan checks for and removes any infections; the Privacy Sweep wipes various internet and activity histories; and there are tools to clean your Registry, delete junk files, and fix invalid shortcuts.

The second section, Deep Care, provides more thorough versions of the previous features, and introduces some new functions of its own. So there are tools to defrag your Registry and hard drive, optimise your PC boot time, detect and fix hard drive errors, spot missing Windows updates, and more.

The third section is the Toolbox, which includes more than 20 utilities with even more PC maintenance power. The IObit Uninstaller helps you properly remove applications, for instance; the File Shredder securely wipes confidential files so they can't be recovered; and there are tools to optimise your RAM and Internet connection, detect and fix common Windows problems, find duplicate files, remove deeply embedded malware infections, back up and update your drivers, and more.

And the fourth section, Turbo Boost, can temporarily turn off non-essential services and applications, delivering an extra performance boost when you need it most.

The major addition in this version is Active Boost, which optimises your application's RAM and CPU use in real time. Quick and Deep Care are also enhanced; Turbo Boost can recover more system resources than ever; the interface has been changed just a little, making the program easier to use, and new cloud technology allows Advanced SystemCare to respond more quickly to new malware outbreaks.

Please note, that the Free version is limited in functionality compared to the Pro version, which is available for FREE. The Pro version ships with deeper cleansing, anti-malware support, automatic updates, no adverts and much more.

IObit Advanced SystemCare 5.1 is a minor 5.x release and includes these new features:

It's not a major upgrade, but Advanced SystemCare 5 does include some worthwhile improvements and it's now an extremely comprehensive PC maintenance , optimization suite and its FREE.

The horror indeed! Rogue River would have been rather interesting, if only..there wasn't already another movie with basically the same plot! Basically... at least 90% identically, no questions asked! Anyone remembers Timber Falls? Come on really, what was the point of this one? It is not better made, doesn't have more thrills, has the same location but it does manage to bring a whole lot more plot holes! Easy to anticipate, boring and annoying!

So, if you haven't seen Timber Falls and you are just dying to get a look at this one instead, here is one good reason why not to do it: BECAUSE "TIMBER FALLS" IS ACTUALLY GOOD!

It really is quite shameful, almost a shot-by-shot copy this Rogue River, i mean really, can't they at least pretend to think of an original story? Or maybe take one that is already out there, but bend it a little, add something to it, not make a "little baby sister that COULDN'T"!

Therefore, my advice, if you want to see a horror and you find Rogue River's story interesting, make one giant step and take on Timber Falls instead. You will thank me later, trust me! Enjoy!

I’m not a big lover of arcade style games, mainly because I don’t have very good hand-eye coordination so these sorts of games are more difficult for me to master. But Tumblebugs has some distinct advantages over other games available.

The game has alluring bright colours and gorgeous graphics. It’s set in a backyard and you get to see everything very close-up which is a unique perspective. It’s not difficult to play the game either and the tutorial is detailed. This made it much easier for me and I didn’t feel hopeless after the first round. In fact, I did pretty well!

There are lots of powerups to help you achieve your goal further into the game and you have a few lives before you’ll die. Some of the shapes the tumblebugs have to walk through are very tricky and if you like this style of game, you’ll find this very challenging and fun.
